Easily share insights with Arkturus’ secure dashboard sharing feature. User Admins can create secure links to any dashboard in their environment, allowing seamless access for staff, customers, suppliers, board members, or project stakeholders—internally or externally. Stay in control with secure, hassle-free sharing.
With the relevant dashboard opened, click the menu icon and select Share
Enter the recipient's email address and re-enter to confirm.
Click Save to generate the secure link
The secure link will be automatically copied to your clipboard. Paste and Send in to the recipient via email.
Upon their first login, the recipient will be prompted to set up a password.
Users are recommended to bookmark the dashboard for quick future access.
To locate the unique URL link again, navigate to the Share icon on the top menu, highlight to recipient to ensure correct link is copied and click Copy Link
In some cases, recipients should only have access to specific data within the dashboard—for example, jobs where they are the Project Manager, or data for their division or branch.
To apply the filter, navigate to the Dashboard Sharing window by clicking the Share icon.
Select the existing link which requires the filter and click the + icon next to Configure Filter
Choose the relevant data source to apply the filters to. Set up the filter based on the required conditions.
If the dashboard has multiple data sources, then the same filters will need to be applied to all the other datasources. To do this, repeat the above step.
Click Save to apply the filters.
