For scenarios where you want to look for sample cases or search for a specific request, you can achieve this in Case Viewer
When using Proviz or Dashboards to filter to a particular area of interest, there might be a need to look up sample cases for further investigation. To do this, apply Filters to Proviz or existing Dashboards and navigate to Case Viewer. The applied filters will copy across and produce a list of sample cases. There is an option to download the list of cases into an Excel CSV file via the Download Cases cloud icon.
Select a case from the list of sample cases, this will open up its process map and the audit trail. The Case Attributes attached to the case are provided to aid with your case review.
For more details on the process, you can use the Events Trail to review what steps were completed and when. You can include or exclude any Event Attributes in order to focus on a particular detail. There is an option to download the audit trail into an Excel CSV file via the Download Events cloud icon
Users can also use Case Viewer to look up a specific case. Click on the magnifying glass and this will open the search functionality. Select the type of unique identifier for the search via the drop down and enter the ID.
