Navigate to the Share icon in the top-right menu and create a new shared link.
Enter the recipient’s email address and re-enter it to confirm.
Next to Email Schedule, click the + icon.
Choose the email frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly and set the Time for the scheduled email.
Select the base date range of either Latest Month or Latest Full Month for the reporting period. ‘Latest Month’ includes data from the current month, even if it’s incomplete. ‘Latest Full Month’ ensures the report only contains data from the last fully completed month.
Click Save
If a shared link already exists and you want to add an email schedule, open the Share menu, select the existing link, and add the email schedule.
