Easily use Event Analysis to review the work profile, identify busy times of the day/week for different events and the impact it has on the next subsequent steps.
The Event Analysis functionality categorises the event timestamp and allows users to look at the volume of cases, when the events are taking place and how they are spread out via the Event Analysis Charts. This can be displayed as Hours of the Day, Days of the Week or Months of the Year.
Setting for Event Analysis can be found on the right blue menu bar
Filtering
Like Proviz, you can apply filters to Event Analysis to isolate and focus on different case dimensions. Applied filters will be displayed in the grey filter bar above the process map.
View Setting
Include or exclude days of the week on the Event Analysis Charts via View Settings and select/deselect days of the week.
Displayed Events
Include or exclude events from the Event Analysis Charts via Display Events and select/deselect events.
